An initial herbal consultation lasts around 60-90 minutes and can be done virtually via phone or Zoom or in person at my apothecary in Pine Plains, NY. We’ll focus on your health needs and then work together to integrate herbal medicine into your life, crafting a plan and an herbal formula that works for you and your unique situation.
